Use a PairedList instead of the FilterList to prevent ugly shift problems while
adding new languages:

/sw/source/ui/app/app.src

Rename all FilterList to PairdList and a "#define PairedList FilterList" should
apply in that file

As a reference see /svx/source/dialog/langtab.src

Update strings in translation database to avoid new strings
