Import of Windows Enhanced metafile results in some incorrect graphics in the 
resultant graphic.

Lines created with a pen created by a call to CreatePen witht the PS_DOT and 
PS_DASH line types result in a solid line. Some bitmaps created witha pattern 
brush are not displayed.

I mean the problem where OO displays vertical line as solid, whereas competing 
Office displays it as dotted.
