Reassigned to requirements. I was surprised that this bug still exists in the final 2.0 version. So I created a small example document showing how two graphics anchored to to different characters in the same paragraph overlap. Manual readjustment is not a solution because a readjustment is necessary everytime new text is inserted before the paragraph. Anchoring graphics as characters avoids the overlapping but results in gaps in the text when the picture doesn't fit onto the same page. Because this bug makes the option "anchor to character" practically unusable (at least for me) it would be nice if it could be fixed in the near future. Maybe the example document helps.
