Tables reduce their size when right-clicking on the border.

To reproduce:
- create a completely blank presentation
- add a table
- double click it to edit it
- right-click and release on the border - it will resize to a slightly smaller size

The expectation is that there is a context menu on right click, or that nothing
happens on a simple click and release.

Reproducible. Right clicking on the border shrinks the spreadsheet more and more.

Rechecked this bug in 2.3.0

Create a new table, add some numbers, leave the table, then click to go into it
again.
Click on any border and it will resize slightly (a pixel in x and y) to show the
cells _including_ the lines surrounding them, which are not shown initially when
selecting the cell for editing.

recommend closing this bug and filing a p4 bug to have the table opening
correctly from the start.
