the provided parcel-descriptor.xml example in chapter 18.3.5 of the Developers
Guide for OOo 2.0 (Page 1058f) is not valid.

There is a line
<logicalname value="HelloWorld.printHW"/>
before the tag
<functionname.../>
missing.

without the specification of the logicalname, I was not able to make OOo
recognize a new Macro.

This seems to be an artifact of an earlier design, as far as I remember logical
name should not be used anymore. If thats the case it should be possible to fix
this. If you need I'm sure I can come up with a patch, feel free to ping me wrt
to that.
