Fullscreen mode is missing in draw. This was ok in OOo1.1.4.

The full screen entry (and the support for it) has been removed from Draw and
Impress for issue 31997.
We had several problems with the full screen mode before the introduction of the
multi pane GUI.  With the multi pane GUI the situation did not get better.

Due to resource constraints I set the target to OOo Later.
