Opened a read only sheet. Copied some info in web browser, ALT+TAB into sheet,
pressed CTRL+V for paste. No paste performed, and no error message. Took me a 
while to find out it was because the sheet was read only. I think a warning or 
error box should be shown to indicate to user what the problem is in this case.

has not been updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with
one of the latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been
addressed. Either use the recent stable version:
