There is a possibility to scale user interface (tools->options-> 
OpenOffice.org->view->scale.) I've scaled my ui to 130% and after this not all 
ui was updated. Look at the attached picture. 
 
To fix ui I have to move it a bit after scaling. 
 
BTW. Are there some reasons why 130% is a maximum allowed? I want to scale my 
ui more. Say 150%...
