start srx645m57 setup application: setup bitmap is missing within the
application window

IS -> VG: The readlicense/source/cinema/oo_product.bmp is no bmp file. This
broken version was introduced after srx645m47 with task i36472.
Please commit the oo_product.bmp from srx645m47 into the m57 and pack all OOo
installation sets.
