The criticat issue to success OOo in corporate market is to incorporate some of
exiting projects/technology in GroupWare and right management area. The good
think is to use existing open source project like in case of OOo Base. This
enhancement should include:
1) the email client and calendaring (with more advanced customer related contact
manager - for example little enhanced Evolution regarding advanced contact
management), 
2) the project management (maybe OpenProject with application client),
3) DMS document management system (Plone with application client),
4) DRM digital right management system (?) is lastly very important regarding MS
making DRM the crucial target for MS Office. MS make DRM main weapon to battle
with OOo. Open source that does not mean with out right, beater is to think with
open right to all.
