File used to reproduce this issue
I checked with 2.0 (1.9.m113) German version WIN XP: [680m113(Build8930)] and can confirm the effect. There is a more simple way to reproduce that problem: In document . . . Blah Blah <-- cursor to here! blah "Diagram" Insert pagebreak, diagram will shrink @dcam: What kind is that "Diagram"? If I doubleclick it, WORD will be opened to edit it ?! I only can copy-paste that funny diagram 1 time, then I have to close and restart OOo, before I can copy-paste it again (what ever that might mean). Hi, The diagram was loaded from a word document. I really don't know what kind of object it is, and I don't know how to find out what kind it is. Can OpenOffice tell me? You may be interested to note that if you remove some of the text in the document, the problem no longer occurs, so that makes me think that the object itself isn't at fault. MRU->OD: lower on page one, if a page break will be forced either by entering it via Ctrl-Enter above the objhect in the frame or by resizing the OLE object so that the frame will grow, the object will shrink. This Issue requires more information ('needmoreinfo'), but has not been updated within the last year. Please re-test with one of the latest versions of OOo - the problem(s) may have already been addressed. Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing): http://download.openoffice.org/3.0beta/ Please report back the outcome so this Issue may be closed or progressed as necessary - otherwise it may be Resolved as Invalid in the future. You may also wish to search for (and note) any duplicates of this Issue that may have advanced further : http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi Regards, Andrew Cleaning-up and Closing old Issues as part of: ~ The Grand Bug Squash, pre v3 ~ I checked with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [300m17 (Build9313)]" and I still see the reported effect I see the same behaviour in OO 2.3.0 on Linux. I still don't know what kind of object it is, and it seems that OO won't tell me. Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
