The navigation bar control in database forms is just that-a bar. When its shape 
is made into that of a vertical rectangle, only the leftmost part of the bar is 
displayed. 
 
However, it would be more useful if the icons inside the navigation bar were 
reorganized to fit the shape of the bar. this way you could create eg. a 
narrower, 2-line navigation bar.
