In the "Tools - Customize - Toolbars" dialog, the confirmation dialog that opens
when you click the "Reset" button contains different text than the confirmation
dialog that opens when you click the "Toolbar" button and choose "Restore
Default Settings". These confirmation dialog boxes should contain the same text.

Reset assignee on issues not touched by assignee in more than 2000 days.
