i.e. start impress click in a text box and (in english) type e.g. magik and a
space. Word is then marked as misspelled. Save presentation while remaining in
the textbox, "save icon" becomes deactivated as all changes are saved. Now right
click on the misspelled word and choose an alternative correct spelling. Word
changes, but the save icon does not become active. Once you click outside the
textbox *then* the icon becomes active. Clearly the spellcheck change should be
treated the same as a user typed change and make the icon active.
