Create an Impress document, go to master page mode, and save the document.
Afer closing and loading the document the current page is set correctly to the
first page.  However, the master page mode is still restored.  According to the
(updated) spec the document has to be loaded into edit mode.

The edit mode can be restored to the one active on the last save with the
Shift-F5 accelerator.

Fixed by adding the missing Set/GetViewShEditModeOnLoad() to the FrameView class.
