Simple Excel example using SUMIF none

Description spiree 2005-08-30 08:24:35 UTC
à have a simple spreadsheet that sums the values in column B if the
corresponding row in column A is empty. This works fine in Excel but
apparently fails to work in OO.

See attachment. The result in Excel is "2" (since two cells in column A are
empty) but in OO it's "0".

Hi Eike,

one for you. It's in there at leasrt since SO5.2.

The worst thing is that the opposit way, criteria changed to "<>" works perfectly.

So if possible re-target this one.

linked with issue 65221 ?

Yes and no. This issue here is a special case of the "just an equal sign" for
comparing against emptyness, it is solvable without finding a consolidation for
issue 65221.
