This may or may not be relevant, but when I installed beta 2, I only selected
the 'OpenOffice.org Writer' module (i.e. the 'OpenOffice.org Draw' and
'OpenOffice.org Impress' components weren't installed).

Steps to reproduce:
- Insert > Object > OLE Object
- Leave 'Create new' selected, select 'OpenOffice.org 1.9.125 Drawing' or
'OpenOffice.org 1.9.125 Presentation'
- Press OK

MRU->CL: applications, which are not installed should not appear in the
Insert.Object dialog.
