- start an Impress / Draw
- select "Tools / Options / Language Settings / Languages / Enable for complex
text layout (CTL)"
- set hindi in "Tools / Options / Language Settings / Complex Text Layout /
Numerals"
- Insert an Calc or Writer OLE
- enter some numbers in the OLE
-> the numbers are hindi
- leave the edit mode of the OLE
-> the numbers are arabic.
- Have also a look to the internal bug 114278.

According to cl this is not a bug for THB. 
He said this could be your area.

@MAV: please use the OutputDevice::Get/SetDigitLanguage() methods to apply the
settings of the embedding object to the embedded object.

Numbers are hindi after leaving the OLE. Verified in CWS.
