The chart configuration dialog allows me to set default colors for chart
columns. This is nice, but not sufficient: I frequently use charts that use the
same color for columns, but have different hatching. In that case, the defaults
don't help - I still have to open properties for every column for every new
chart to select the  hatching.

BTW., it currently appears that the color defaults in the chart configuration
dialog are completely ignored when creating a new chart...
