Newer Solaris compiler issue numerous "Warning (Anachronism): Type names
qualified by template parameters require "typename"" warnings with STLport
headers. STLport can be configured to use typename in the required places.

Because of limited resources for OOo2.0.1, it was decided to shift the CWS hr17
to OOo2.0.2. Therefore this task has to be re-targeted too.

Reviewed STLport-4.0-patch; stlport/config/stl_sunpro.h correctly modified to
solve issue => verified
