One can find a screenshot of the faulty dialog on this URL: http://stanley87.f2o.org/images/screen.png I am having the same problem with Hebrew characters. Using gentoo as well, with the prebuilt binary openoffice-bin-2.0.0 Well, I've defined LC_ALL and LANG to be 'he_IL.UTF-8' (notice the UTF-8 - that's the important part) - which made everything work just fine and dandy! I suggest you to try and see if it works for you too. Dup of or related to Issue 64764? @stanley87 Can you pls. check whether Issue 64764 also covers your problem? If not, please contribute a testfile 'test.odt' containing a not working filename as text, so that we can try to reproduce your problem with that filename. no protest, so DUP *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 64764 *** No objection, so CLOSED |
