In CWS swnumtree a new default bullet (when activating via toolbar) has been
introduced (see issue 42357). These have to be taken for Autofurmat-produced
bullet list (created by a paragraph startinh with an asterisk *.

We will not finish this in 2.0.2 -> retargetting to 3.0

With this issue we should also fix that these "auto"-bullets are not indented
like the "normal" default bullets.

I am wondering, if this issue can be addressed within the 2.3.1, 2.4 or 3.0 time
frame? This would make my daily work a little easier.
