Create a new spreadsheet.
Select one row.
Go to cells formatting > alignment.
Set any orientation different from 0.
Check the "automatic line break" box.
Click OK.
In the selected row, enter a pretty long text in some cells (one cell is enough).
The text must be long enough to go further than the vertical limit of the next cell.
When scrolling horizontally (with arrow keys or horizontal scrollbar) in one way
then the other, the exceed text doesn't refresh.

Note : refreshing is OK when "automatic line break" is off.

This doesn't seem all that important, so the target can be changed to 3.0.
