I have several subdocuments and some equations inside it. The outline numbering
level is set to 4. Equations in subtitles are numbered with level 4 too (e.g.
3.1.1.1). All References in the subdocuments are set correctly, but in the
master documents some references are bad numbered. It is hard to explain it at
all. You can see everything in my files on http address:

Bad references in documents are highlighted with red color.

I have found that this issue is duplicate of issue 11174.
