Please implement methods like "void StatusBar::Get/SetQuickHelpText( item, text )"

Fixed in CWS xmlsec13.
StatusBar now supports Get/SetQuickHelpText()

The old tool-tip behaviour (show tooltip if item text does not fit) is only
active when there is no quickhelp text set for the corresponding item.

found fixed on cws xmlsec13 on Linux, Solaris and Windows
