Description Joost Andrae 2005-11-02 11:39:49 UTC
Open Impress and open the media player. If you move the media player then it docks into the framework. If you try to undock it then it's nearly impossible as there's only one position within the media player (downside of the time display) where you can undock it. This needs to be changed as it is a trap for most of the users.

Not important enough for a micro release

Was this 1.x issue? Where can I find The media player?

ja->cornouws: this issue has been parked at a developer (Carsten Driesner). The issue is about the docking behavior of the Java Media player that is used if the Java Media Framework has been added to the JRE that is used by soffice. This issue doesn't need additional confirmation as I already talked to Carsten.

Hi ja, Sorry for my possibly unneeded question. The thing is that I'm looking at a lot of issues regarding docking/windows, since I've created one myself for a window (#76557), and want to see if there are more related issues. But from your comment I understand that it's not a window available by default in OOo.
