I installed the version from
wntmsci10.pro\StarOfficeMulti\msi\SRC680_m142_native_packed-1_en-US_de.8978
The english help has swriter.jar with the same contents as schart.jar, so no
Writer help.

Ause, do you have an idea how to fix this?

the root cause are uniq temporary files that aren't uniq in some rare special cases.

rebuilding the affected archives in helpcontent2 as a workaround.
