Issue 58352

as discussed:
when loading a tabcontrol from a resource the resource is freed automatically if
it is the last one in the TabDialog.

See the following files for reference of changes made to get it to work.

Note the resource for OK and cancel Button can also be above the TabControl and
it still works.
