The external/icu/icu-2.0.patch file accidentally was created without using the
-kb option. Please add it by using the command

cvs admin -kb icu-2.0.patch

This is urgent as checking out the patch file under Windows erroneoulsy converts
line ends and the patch doesn't apply anymore.

Hello? Someone in?

Could anybody having the necessary access rights (which happens to be
collab.net only) please fullfill my request, or at least accept it?
(and then take action ;)

I just learned that collab.net is not the only one anymore having the
necessary rights. Done. Koodoos to Heiner.
