Description ooodear 2005-11-30 15:16:31 UTC
The sorting of Writer is unintuitive. I refer to the Sort command in Writer
(Tools->Sort). I used the following list: [ a b c 가 나 다 1 2 10 ] with each
item as a separate paragraph to test.

Using 'alphanumeric' as the sorting criteria (ascending), I get: [ 1 10 2 a b c
가 나 다 ] -> does not sort numbers in natural order.

Using 'numeric' as the sorting criteria (ascending), I get: [ 다 나 가 c b a 1 2
10 ] -> sorts numbers as expected but letters are reversed in order.

Oddly enough, neither of the options is what I'd expect (i.e. [ 1 2 10 a b c ê°€
나 다 ]) . Why would 'numeric' (ascending) deliver a descending order for
letters? -> Bug.
