1 use the openoffice dialog of open/save dialog
2 select the "Open Document" menu of quickstart
3 select a odt file and open it
4 click the "Edit file" menubutton on "standard" toolbar
5 errorbox pop,"Object not accessible.The object cannot be accessed due to 
insufficient user rights."
but the filecan "Edir file" after open through "file-open" menu.

confirmed on Windows XP Pro SP2 with OOo 2.0.1 RC2

lowering priority.

This only happens if I try to turn *off* edit mode. Turning edid mode on results
in the correct behaviour ("do you want to work with a copy?" -> copy is created
and can be edited)
