Steps to replicate(use 2.0.1rc4):

1) Start impress.
2) Insert a chart by Insert->Chart....
3) End Edit.
4) Select the chart, then to view of Outline or Slide Sorter. When right click,
the pop menu have a "Edit" on bottom, but when select it, do nothing.

I think the OLE "Edit" should be disable in view of "Outline" or "Slide Sorter".
