Hi This issue does not merit a P1 status. P1 is reserved for things like the site is down. It's also unclear to me that using IssuZilla is the best way to address this problem. I think emailing me might work, at least on a case-by-case basis. If there is a consistent and repeatable issue with getting new password email, then filing an issue makes sense. For now, I'm marking this "invalid." Please reopen with priority 4 when you have specific instances of the process not working. thanks louis close issue. |
