1. create a new presentation document;
2. change to handout view;
3. change to Slide Master view( from menu View -- Master -- Slide Master), the 
Master View tool bar is invisible(is should be visible);
4. change to Normal view (from menu View -- Normal ), you can see in slide 
pane, the slide is the style that in Slide Master view, click that slide(in 
slide pane), it change to Slide Master view
