When I write
  int x dx
the letter "d" isn't a variable, is a function (the differential function) like
log, cos, tanh etc. and should be write in normal font, not italic font.
But "d" it must also have the possibility to remain a variable so I suggest to
use the code "di" to type a letter "d" in normal font. So formally correct
integral should be
  int x di x
(the space between d and x should be null)
