When trying to open the file attached, it takes a lot of time for a document
which is not huge.

Hi,

I can reproduce this, reassign it to the right developer and set target.

this "bug" should be closed - just form contain external link to instance 
filling (http://141.48.205.190/acrobat/BTSHTTPReceive.dll) and look like this 
link extremely slow or even dead
