This should go into Word Processor - UI, I believe. I think that this should belong in the UI - Writer section as well. Reassign issue to owner of selected subcomponent HI: This is not defect, it's a feature. I would really appreciate this feature. It would make revising documents much easier. For my clarification: is this a request to add two entries in the context menu when right clicking on a word/sentence with revision marks? if not I will open a separate issue for that. Cheers, Michele I agree with the reporter of this issue. If one is working on a document that had many changes done, it is very difficult with the way this is handled in OO to find one specific change and accept it without having to work through all the other changes. In MSWord, when right clicking on a changed text (modified by another author and now in colour and underlined), then there are four additional menupoints : * accept change : this accepts the change under the right-click position * refuse change : this refuses the change * record changes : switches recording of changes on or off * accept or reject changes ... : opens the window for changes For really missing in OO are the first two points, which permit to rapidly accept and reject certain changes, even in the middle of a 100 pages document which has been worked over intensively. Working on documents is often not linearly. Another resolution to this problem could also be that the window that is opened by the menu point "Edit/changes/Acceptor Reject" should show/highlight the change on which the cursor is positionned. Thanks in advance for considering these enhancements To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements". |
