I created a little grafic with lines and arrows from the toolbar of OOo-draw
2.0.1 and changed the wideness of them to 0,05cm. The export to gif (selected
object only) brings me an gif-object with a thinner arrow on the left side of
the grafic. The files (odg and gif) are attached to this issue.
I tested the same with OOo1.1.4 and found out that there was no problem with
the export. All lines are in the same wideness. So it is from my sight a
regression in OOo 2.0.1. I hope this could be fixed in the next version.

ok, I can confirm. But removing the regression mark, as I'm not shure, that this
is a real regression.

I was able to get as similar result with m150 by starting a new drawing,
following the provided example. My gif-export endend up with the horizontal line
being a little les wide.

I can reproduce the same effect in OOo1.1.5, not a regression. Reassigned.
