The concordance file allows the user to INSERT entries in bulk. 

Allow user to REMOVE index entries using a concordance file also.

This way, he can actually preserve the concordance file he had used for a
document, and use an edited version of it to remove multiple entries from the
document. Saves a great deal of labor.
