When doing select-all (Ctrl+A), any images that are anchored to the page are not
selected, and so are not present when doing a copy-paste cycle.

Further note: this is a problem whether trying to copy-paste into the same
document, or to copy-paste into a completely different document.

If this is not considered a bug for some reason, I would find a "copy page"
function a useful function, since I frequently need to copy pages between
different documents to join them together.

Currently this works as designed. Only objects which are anchored in the text
can be added to a selection.
But it seems that it is quite unintuitive, so we should have a solution for this
by time.
