open a new doc, insert a group (for instance two rectangles). Try to set two
custom gluepoints: when setting the second the first one is deleted.

This worked fine in OOo 1.1.5.
Already in 2.0 The new glue points in a group object became invisible, but nevertheless they exist, and you are able to add new Blue points. But always when you add the next one, the one you added before becomes invisible.
Later this function became broken, unused glue points vanish when document opened with current AOOo version ...
