Can't open Letter Wizard at OOo-dev m155.

Operates "File -> Wizards -> Letter",
but can't open Letter Wizard and can't exit OOo.

m153 build can open Letter Wizard.

Added keyword "regression".

Is there regression of issue 59739 or issue 59759 ?

P2, basic functionality doesn't work.

After we try to run Letter wizard, OOo really can't quit.

This probelm occurs in m154 and m156 builds.

JA: I can confirm both: Letterwizard cannot start. Afterwards the application
cannot be quit.

Is this problem "the side effect" which fixed issue 59759 (CWS swqbf50)?

All test have passed on OOo and SO8. HI as natural wizard tester has taken a look
and gave his ok also. Verified!

The fix is ok in build id 9006.
