DATA / SUBTOTAL  automatically treats the first line of the selected set of data
as a heading and does not include it in the calculation. If a set of data doesnt
have a heading (for instance when it just an intergral part of a longer list)
then I have to create one temporarily to get round this auto assumption.
An option to include/exclude the top line as in SORT would be useful.
