Is there a way to disable auto-number, BUT keep auto-bullets enabled? When I
disable auto-number, it disables bullets as well.

Unfortunately there isn't. Currently this can only be en-/disabled altogether.

MRU->UserEx: desired is, that in autocorrect the Autonumbering / Autobullets
feature should be capable of being toggled independently.
