1. start impress
2. in Slides Pane, copy a slide;
3. go to Handout page, do paste, it samed nothing had happened, but when you 
return to Normal page, there are two slides in Slides Pane, go to Handout page 
again, there two slides are seen, it samed has some refresh problem.

But in Handout page, we could not do insert new page(it is disable), when you 
do paste(slide) it really add a new page, it samed something conflict.

Compare with Microsoft PPT, if you paste(slide) in Handout page, it add an OLE 
object but not a new slide in Normal page

In this issue ,firstly I consider the paste button state in handout,we can 
solve it in drviewse.cxx,but here we should solve two problems:a)when the 
paste button is disable and when is enable,b)if the paste button is 
disable,the key 'ctrl+v'can act too.So I set a variable in viewshellbase,the 
variable we can use it when DO_COPY in slidesorter,the reason for setting it 
in viewshellbase is that we cannot get varibale of slidesorter in drawview,and 
we cannot set the var in viewshell,because the switch from norm to 
handout,viewshell shoud construct too,but the problem do not exits in 
viewshellbase,when copy a slide and click paste in handout,the process as 
follows:sd::DrawViewShell::FuSupport->sd::FuPoor::DoPaste->sd::view::DoPaste-
>sd::view::InsertData->sd::ViewClipboard::HandlePageDrop,and here wo can solve 
the paste(paste a new slide) problem in handout,and cannot effect  other paste 
handles
