This is a followup issue to #133991#, where an old implementation problem caused
really bad side effects. The problem is that a WinSal*Printer handles the
creation&destruction of WinSalGraphics differently than the OutputDevice's
ImplGetGraphics/ImplReleaseGraphics expect.
