I set the default fonts for TEXT documents, hoping it would make those fonts 
replace Thorndale as the default font ... it doesn't. 

Is there any way to change the default font for the DRAW module?

I have this same problem with version 1.0.1 on Win XP Home Edition.

Set this to feature. This is not a defect because this function is
just not implemented. A workarround could be to use the stylist to set
a new default font for the actual document.

I have been getting request from my users and I to wish I could set a
default font for the whole suite or the individual parts i.e
Calc,Impress, Draw.

Add "Basic Fonts" option to Calc and Draw/Impress.
This option should work analogous like "Tools - Options - Text
document - Basic fontes ()"

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
