A optionnal feature for the pie charts would be to enable the user to re-arrange
the parts of a pie chart. For example, selecting a segment he could move it
clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Could be done (in the chart2) by changing the range for the pie e.g. from
"a1:a10" to "a1:a4;a6;a5;a7:a10" for swapping data point 5 with 6. This would,
however, not swap the attributes, but only the underlying data.
