Adding a calendar and scheduler function like in StarOffice would be fine. ICS.-
 and VCS.files should be read for importing meetings.
An exchange function like in Outlook for synchronizing schedulings with a Palm, 
Pocket PC or a Mobile would also be a great feature for managers of a company.

In StarOffice there was a calendar with scheduler to plan any terms.
Also in Outlook there is a calendar and scheduler.
Terms should be planned and the scheduler makes a reminer before the term
starts. The time of the reminder should be selectable.
It would be nive to import/export scheduler-files in .vcs or .ics format, so
that scheduler data can be exchanged with Outlook or another devices like a Palm.
