Option VBASupport which is added on import of a ms macro from a ms document
should be controlled via a config item. 

The same config item should also be used to change the import of macro(s) as
comments to actually import the code.

maybe we can use an exising config item ooo-build alread uses 
Tools/Options/LoadSave/VBA Properties/Load Basic to edit for that

if not of course a new one will have to happen

will be handled in the cws-npower6 bundle of changes, presence of the optional
vba interop component in addition to the import vba code from
options/laod_save/vbaproperites/load_excel_macros
